In-Person or Virtual Group or Class - Accountability

Tyler Kenson
Posted

Hello All!

A fairly common story; I have circled real estate investing for years but lacked any staying power.  I feel like an in-person (or virtual) group or class is what would help me to kickstart things and hold me accountable.  A little about me, in case it's helpful information for folks to point me in the correct direction.  I have a varied background that includes accounting, (small) real estate development, and (residential) construction.  Friends say that I am a "jack of all trades".  I own a home in a great neighborhood in Denver; I have been househacking it since 2018 and doing very will with it.

I'm not a total newbie, but I'm also not a seasoned veteran (yet).  Does anyone have a suggestion for an in-person (Denver) or virtual meetup/group/class/etc that could help me establish some consistency and accountability (and hopefully networking) with real estate investing?  Seems like there's a million options, so I'm trying to set my compass and then can always change course as needed.

Thanks so much!

Tyler
