If you are talking about a person who has plenty of excess, and documentable income with a mid-700 credit score or higher, and plenty of liquid reserves in the bank, purchasing a well-valued property as your primary residence, then absolutely, it all becomes kind of cookie-cutter at that point!

Solar generates aprox $250/mo in credits; some months I generate more than I use, so bill is $0, other months bill varies b/c I use more than I generate (think winter), some months I use excess credits generated from other months (say May I generate more than I use, but June I use more than I generate), but it's still $0 b/c just using those excess credits.

You can not have weird properties like crazy 600 sf 2 bedroom houses or 3500 sf 6 bedrooms, needs to be normal stuffIf these items line up, then you KNOW that at some point excess inventory is used up by growth and they MUST build and then your existing will approximate the cost of the new.
