I live in Ybor City, which is a historic/entertainment district about two miles from downtown Tampa, FL.

PG is a great tourist spot so I’m sure you could easily find rentals.We have been renting long term, 12 month leases for both units but are starting to entertain the thought of doing mid-term rentals now.

He’s very entertaining but realize how he makes his money.

This doesn't take into account all of the entertainment, cultural, etc aspects that will appeal to our generation as well.
