Who would be interested in seeing a market outlook/sentiment survey of the Bigger Pockets community?

So what you'll do is find the "community" tab on the top left of your current page, click on networking and then it'll pop up with a small list of them.

It's was built in the early 1960s I'm the person on the ground I'm pushing for a private sale one of her neighbors collects units in the community that my grandmother lives in. 

And you should jump in, the community is pretty great here.

I could also easily find old relationships to leverage in the RE community there.Cons- A Higher rate of vacancy and across the country from me now.Market 2Pros- A larger city with colleges, growing RE market, and fairly stable economyMy wife is from here so she would know the location, crime, etc.

I have 5 business ideas that involve real estate and giving back to the community, to decrease violence in cities I once lived like Chicago and DC.
