Eugene, OR : New Investor

Hey! I'm Fernanda Guarista and an aspiring real estate investor in Eugene, OR. I'm currently a Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer. I know this is a complete different path than what I have been striving for these past couple years but as I chase down financial freedom, I know that REI is the way to go. I'm eager to learn as much as I can to create the empire I know I am meant to build for myself.

While I don't have a real estate background or have all the knowledge, I do know what kind of life I want for myself, along with some great work ethic.  I am 22 years old and I don't intend to wait until I'm 30 to begin working towards my financial freedom. 

My primary goal as of right now is working towards finding a great house hack; whether that might be a multifamily property or a large single family home that could appeal to the college town of Eugene. I then plan on purchasing as many cash flowing properties as possible while preparing to dive into my first flip towards the end of 2018.
