Confirm the company is licensed for tank removal as part of the UHOT program.

I am trying to find the best software solution to help me set-up and manage a small handful of rent-to-own single-unit residential properties (some are SFH, some are mobile-homes, all include some amount of land).

I'm screening a tenant and upon contacting the listed employer, they would not confirm any information on the tenant without a SSN, however the tenant will not provide the SSN due to a fear of cyber theft.

As I understand from the firm managing our retirement portfolio, I do qualify... however I will run with this and make sure it is confirmed.

@Andrea Weule so you require that the potential tenant provide their contact at the housing office to allow you to confirm those details?

I would like to use ringless voicemails with my insurance client, does anyone know a software that does that?

Hello all my name is Taylor and I am currently getting out of the Marine Corps reserves in about 8 months I am also pursing a job in software engineering.

Just curious what others are using (and happy with) for pro forma and construction applications. We have active buy and hold and flip properties so looking for something that will do both easily and well.
