Many have been affected and will continue to be affected so we need to be cautious. 

I agree that in general, one should be very cautious of "Real Estate Investor Gurus", however, Mike Wolf is a different sort.

This makes me cautious about buying a single family house that is farther away.

I'm going to be a lot more cautious about vetting my realtors now. 

Also, be very cautious when tenants are that eager to pay and move in... it's usually for a reason and a red flag. 

Be cautious of any group that promises that. 

Hello everyone, my name is Aron and I am new to this forum from Fort Lauderdale area.I am one of those newbies that are young and ambitious but cautious at the same time.

I am cautiously optimistic that this is not an anomaly and that I can  "rubber-stamp" this over and over.

Lets try to be cautious. 

And another note aside from my passionate defense of Binghamton, and more on the investment track: Students are cautiously signing leases, but there are a lot of them returning now that the school has reopened.
