I think there are some sites that let you post land to camp on (i.e. tents).I'm not sure what the weather is like there as the only thing I know about new mexico is what I saw from breaking bad. :-)   But you might want to even consider putting up a yurt (glorified commercial tents that are relatively cheap) and furnishing it and then renting the place out on airbnb.Is there good fishing on that river?

The rental above cash flows about $5,000 a month and helps offset the mortgage cost at $6300/mo.My question is: we have a lot of equity built into the rental, but the mortgage rate is so low that my calculations show shifting the debt from the primary residence loans to the rental as being a wash with the tax savings.

The other big part of this is that currently there's no great way to get to the stadium besides by car on I 95 if you're coming from the suburbs or by 76 which both get extremely backed up.With the stadium beating at this location people from the suburbs can hop on to their local train station and get right into the Jefferson Station right at the proposed stadium location.
