I have bought and sold 4000 apartment units and use Infusionsoft (Keap) to grow and automate my real estate business.Keap is probably the most complicated and expensive compared to Aweber, MailChimp, Constant Contact. 

Many property managers are partnering with a filter-delivery service to automate delivery.

If you do them all be prepared and have an upfront screening mechanism like an automated e-mail that says "please fill out the attached application and send us a copy of a free credit report, once we received that we will reachout to you to schedule a showing" otherwise they'll run you ragged. 

Some people tout the billions of investment in chip factories, but those employ very few people, they're highly automated. 

I'll go into the details of why this is, but also offer this self-coined truism as a consolation prize: "You'll never sell your real estate business, so you might as well automate it."

Furnish your place as quickly as you can so you can start making money on it, and automate as much as possible (e.g. self check-in with combo locks, pre-delivered House Manual, redundant info on important things like WiFi, access instructions, etc.)
