So there is an ongoing maintenance cost and administrative burden to operating under an LLC.Additionally, if you are buying assets in the name of the LLC, then all assets (bank accounts, other properties in the LLC's name, etc) are now available to go after, so you may shield your personal liability, but if most of your assets are within the LLC anyways, what does it matter.

That and certain types of probate require a court administrator who will require the home is listed. 

Many local housing authorities who administrate the section 8 program, want to expand the geographical areas for the voucher holders. 

The question to ask then, is what happens when the tax advantages to real estate "sunset" or are reversed by an administration?   

This is pretty rare, but it does not hurt to ask your plan administrator.

Hey guys,Not sure if everyone's county data is the same but my county provides the number of administrators that will be taking over the property in the probate data. 

I've had the property re-inspected and passed, but it was too late so now I received a Notice of Arraignment/Appear in Court, so I must show up I'm still waiting for a copy of the renewal Rental License, but have emails confirming the re-inspection passed and renewal is in progress, expect a 2 - 3 week administrative process for the license.Anyone experience with this issue and what to expect? 

When an heir becomes administrator of 2 estates on one property that had 4 owners as tenants in common, 2 of whom have died (hence the estates), how does the administrator pass the deed to a new buyer?
