Building a JDU in San Diego!
Hey Everyone!
So I’m currently in the process of planning to building a JADU and I’m in the step where I’m looking for an architect. I’ve gotten a few quotes from 1200, 5k, 10k. The 1200 one was from BP which redirected me to home advisor and seemed to be the most reasonable for a 500sqft draft. 1bd/1ba. I don’t have much experience with dealing with these people so I was wondering if anyone knew an architect or draft designer they would recommend and if you have any tips as to what I should I look out for and what should be included with the service of one of these professionals? I’m located in the San Diego area.
