So I've been reading the real estate wholesale bible, BP forums as well as YouTube videos.

We discovered YouTube is a great place to find time saving hacks for the DIYer, like how to easily remove a popcorn ceiling.

Google “wrap around mortgage” you’ll get several articles and YouTube videos explaining this.

I’m sure that @Spencer Cornelia and his can give you the details and maybe even set up a virtual tie in since he is a YouTube superstar and tech guru.
