Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Las Vegas.

I know many property managers in Las Vegas, but only two of them are skilled in selecting reliable tenants.Selecting a tenant segment with a high concentration of reliable tenants.

My partner and I are looking to get our feet wet with single-family, low to mid-tier homes in the Las Vegas area due to its proximity to LA as well as the great potential (both current and forthcoming).

Right now I'm searching the Las Vegas area for a quad (4-plex) as my first investment property… My wife and I own two other businesses but we are super excited to start this venture since real estate has the best potential for long term wealth buildingAgain, thanks for sharing your structure with the BP community.

I have had success in Las Vegas rentals with LVP. 

I have looked up Tenessee, Vegas and Arizona.

Let’s say someone started investing in Real Estate in 2005 and lived in Las Vegas or Phoenix or California or Florida.

We are in the Jacksonville, Fl and Las Vegas markets. 

You can definitely add your own new pool for waaay less than that  but I think you’d lose 90% of the pool cost, maybe more  Pools add almost zero value in vegas where we can use them year round.

I am interested in both the Las Vegas market as well as the Massachusetts market.
