LVP, Carpet and paint
Which is the most economical (and appealing to tenants): LVP or Carpet? Also, what paints are the best neutral paint colors for rentals?

@Willie Bunche I would definitely recommend LVP for flooring over carpet. As for paints, sticking to neutral colors like beige, cream and gray would be best. We use lighter shades such as Popular Gray and Eider White, by Sherwin Williams.
