I just launched a fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with wide open and big living spaces inclusive of a big pool table, (7) TV's, sleeps 13 home with a yard that could host party for 50 with a massive pergola with outdoor kitchen, pool, putting, green, and other games!

People are their to be together on vacation.I charge a good bit per night and I have never had a complaint about wanting more TVs.I have a pool table and games upstairs for raining days and people spend most of the day down on the dock during the summer.I am not going to cut my one cord when I am charging $400 plus per night.

I’ve not heard of using a hot tub to cool off.Yes there is a cost to maintenance and electricity, however in my mountain market it’s probably worth $10k in extra bookings/year.
