They are located on the same plot of land.The entire lot is ~ 11000 sqft and these two houses take up less than 1/3 of that, the rest of the property is just yard.

It reminds me of emails I saw years ago from a guy that used to respond to personal ads and mess with the girls.As far as CL ads, I like to look under housing wanted and look at pictures of people and their crazy stories.I like under free ads when someone will say "free firewood" and then there's a pic of a tree that they want you to remove from their yard.

It sounds like 80% chance they will buy the whole house, and 20% chance they will buy part of the front yard (15 feet) to put in a bike trail.
