Is there any way to have a property management company handle the midnight calls, the routine maintenance, the drama, the toilets, the yard, and everything like that... but personally handle the tenant screening and application process/documentation?

They are located on the same plot of land.The entire lot is ~ 11000 sqft and these two houses take up less than 1/3 of that, the rest of the property is just yard.

It reminds me of emails I saw years ago from a guy that used to respond to personal ads and mess with the girls.As far as CL ads, I like to look under housing wanted and look at pictures of people and their crazy stories.I like under free ads when someone will say "free firewood" and then there's a pic of a tree that they want you to remove from their yard.

i am a frequent buyer at home depot as well, there is a lumber yard i used but i would need to make sure i was getting alot of stuff to make the drive worth it.
