We stopped wholesaling and ended up just networking better with wholesalers and putting more offers out to find better deals.The BRRRR process also has its challenges due to being out of state.

It seems like that size purchase wouldn't make it worth so would love to hear more on that.I did a 1031 exchange here in Chicago, where we built a ground up single family, but then exchanged into a 19 unit building.

After doing four other deals with REI Nation, I learned a lot and applied what I learned to help close this property quickly.

In retrospect I would have spelled out the construction process more clearly in writing ahead of time.In your case the existing tenant is getting no new value so there is nothing for them to gain with this project.

With winter fast approaching I need to fill vacancies fast.I have read through some of the post here and understand it can be a decent cash flow, but I would love some recent  feedback from anyone that’s in the padsplit market in Atlanta on what to expect.  

More travelers and RV owners are looking for private, unique camping experiences, and low-density parks with quality amenities are very appealing to this crowd.
