I was going to try Structolite as suggested by the authors of The Section 8 Bible. 

This registers it as an authorized vehicle, as is required by our rental agreement. 

First, ask zoning authorities if MHs are allowed there!

I do have a purchase contract, as well as an authorization release for her lender.I guess I am just worried about her perception of signing the deed, without getting her payout yet.Can the deed be recorded and held open?
