Marketing tips foir wholesaling

Hi my name is kendy and I am currently trying to start investing in real estate through wholesaling. So far I understand all of the concepts of wholesaling and I am trying to put at least one property on contract asap. I recently came up with my own marketing plan to bring in leads by sending out postcards and letters to absentee owners. after calculating the cost of my marketing campaign its a little hard for me to continually repeat the process because of my tight budget. So I just wanted a few tips or other alternative marketing  strategies that I can add to my campaign that are low cost and still effective. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

People tend to have mixed feelings about bandit signs but I don't think anyone would argue their effectiveness. There's also CraigsList. Just put in an ad that you buy houses in any condition
