(working on increasing this)Spending about 1k a month and saving everything else.Have about 70k total saved no debt. (5k roth IRA, 21k Target date fund and the rest is in checking/savings accounts.)Credit Score is 792 (No missed/late payments solely credit cards no loan history) Available credit is 28k.

You should take advantage of these benefits to build savings.Whether you contribute beyond what your employer matches is a different discussion that you should have with a licensed financial planner (not a stock sales agent or an internet forum).Keep in mind, once you change jobs you can move the savings you have accumulated in a 401(k) into a self-directed IRA and put that tax-sheltered money into productive assets such as real estate and private lending.

I’m curious if there is a way to roll the 401k into a self directed Ira to avoid tax benefits then use the self directed ira to invest in property’s.
