Hello,

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I'm just getting started, looking mainly to buy/hold, but still learning all about what's possible in my situation and area, looking to start in the NH lakes region and seacoast.  I'm 45 and have a full-time job, so looking to get started doing this on the side to flow some cash and set myself up for eventual retirement.  

I've been to a few local mastermind meetups and am actively seeking my first property, a multifamily somewhere in this area, to start the ball rolling.  If you're around and want to chat RE, give a shout!
