Hello everyone! My name is Benjamin and I'm looking to get my foot in the real estate door. I'm operating in the 30041 and 30040 areas, but would like to expand outward. I'd like to start with wholesaling, and any tips, tricks, and ideas surrounding the subject would be greatly appreciated!
