Metals such as copper and lead from the pipes, fittings, solder, etc. can leach into the water over time and it would be best to purge it all.

And for what he has paid for them Chris Mason  he does not need conventional financing he could simply owner finance them all if the redevelopment play does not come to fruition.. probably be some very nice returns if he held the paper and sold them for double what he is in them
