Closet
Here is my issue. I have a renter who broke interior of the closet down( metal wiring)due to the excessive amount of clothes that she is putting on the wire racks. I fixed it once right when she moved in but now 4 months into the lease she is saying that it happen again.
Am I responsible for it? Or is she due to her carelessness ? Thanks in advance
