I've been investing in the Columbus area for several years, the majority of my deals have been flips but I'm starting to look at acquiring more rental properties.  

I am eager to continue learning and I know that Bigger Pockets will be a major part of helping me attain my goal one day.

Mahalia Kennedy with Appalachian Realty is excellent- fairly new on the scene, but backed up by some 20+ year investors who mentor her, and the only realtor I've ever worked with who returns calls and emails and hasn't yet made a major mistake on a contract.
