Im a web/graphic designer and my husband sells cars. 

I also began to involve my wife, because although she does not want to put as much time as I know I will put in (she wants to start her own business using her talents with Graphic Design), it requires a sacrifice from both of us.

You may not be able to afford everyone immediately but as you grow make sure to incorporate them.

I was fortunate enough however to have a friend that does graphic design so I was at least able to put branding into letterhead.Once I cash out on these three flips, I'll have a much larger operational budget so I'm hoping letter two of the mail "drip" will be on better paper/printing.I've definitely seen the potential in "letting people know what it is I do" these past few weeks.  

I’m an IT professional working in corporate America the last 18 years and it’s time to switch gears and make RE my primary focus to create passive cash flow.

I only paid $40 for my logos and the graphic designers gave me several options.There are some websites that allow you to post your project and several designers will submit their work for you to choose.

Incorporating the BRRRR strategy?

Prior to working in corporate tax I was a site coordinator for the VITA program in Orange County (which i will plug to everyone in another post) where i prepared individual taxes for a few years.  

I come from an advertising background as a Creative Director in corporate america.
