New to investing! Eager to learn in San Diego CA

My name Is Karina Alcantara. Im a web/graphic designer and my husband sells cars. My husband and I are in our 20's, are new to investing and have been exercising our minds and ultimately learning more and more everyday. We understand the mind is the most important asset we have and the more we exercise it the more wealth we'll grow to earn in the form of knowledge. With knowledge brings wealth and wealth is financial freedom. We want to get into renting/landlording and flipping real estate. How we would like to invest is by utilizing our lender to fuel the flips and residential/commercial or single/multi family rental properties. Any advice or first steps to take in personal opinions are greatly appreciated and we never listen passively. We love and welcome everyones advice and especially from new investors who share the same mentality as us and have actually started and made their first few deals. Thank you and please, don't be a stranger. Feedback is great! -Karina and Adam
