I plan to check the area out thoroughly, but thought it might be useful to sound people out as to local impressions, pros, cons, possible changes on the employer front, other upcoming changes you may know about, better and worse areas, etc.Thanks for any feedback you can offer!

We haven't used them yet but like their work, were impressed with past work and references were great.

I am not really trying to impress anyone or encourage other investors into getting into a losing deal, I made the mistake of not finding a mentor and paid the price for it.

If you are really hating your job as much as you say, start looking to impress people enough to where you can get a better position, better opportunity, or better employer in the same field.

Isaac,I'm impressed your leaning into such a great business,,I'd suggest you look into a property management position in your community.. leasing, could be a great start for you..
