Has anyone had experience with Lender One LLC out of Shaker Heights Ohio?

I've done my research, but I'd like a second opinion on if I should stay away from these areas for reasons of crime, poor quality tenants or anything else.Shaker Heights (Buckey-Shaker) - South of Shaker Square on South Moreland Blvd. 

Looking to get a couple quotes lined up from GC's in the Hasbrouck heights, NJ area for a half to full bathroom remodel and possibly other work for a family member in the area.

We didn't need to recess the beam into the floor joists as we had adequate height.

Seems like it would be an approved project unless there was some sort of height restriction.  

Stowe Township, parts of Carrick, up the route 28 corridor - Natrona Heights/Tarentum/Cheswick, Verona are a few that come to mind

A lot of towns will fine you if your lawn is over a certain height and they will fine you and not the tenant.

That would be a pretty amazing deal for Shelby Village.Everyone- The property is 3327 Park Ave. in Sylvan Heights.

What do you think of the area between Heights and Northside (brown area on your analysis)?

I'm quite sure that planning does not require a 3.11/neighborhood notification (which is the main clusterf*ck you want to avoid in SF :)  Otherwise it's lots of little nudnicks from DBI, but bottom line, as long as you have decent ingress/egress, ceiling heights, etc I don't think the requirements are prohibitive.
