The problem is that Mobile has been done to death by investors.

And I've told myself I bed to wait to make sure I'm ready but this seems like a great deal.

Recently found a deal offering 14 units ( all happen to be split up into 2 bed 1 bath duplexes)

I'm looking for 3 bed 2 bath single family houses around 60-130k  Arv. 130-230K.  

He had a house (3 bed/2 bath) in Newport, KY (C to C- neighborhood, but very close to bars and restaurants where young professionals want to be) and the house itself is in good condition with some modern/nicer features.

I would think there's some good opportunities in Bed Stuy.Thanks much.

Other 2 beds in the neighborhood sold within the last 6 months have gone for 75 to 90k these homes were all 2 bed 1 bath no more then 1100 sq ft.

Add in the federal laws such as Dodd-Frank and the jaws of death of the CFPB for violations and it IS a scary world out there.

The house is 2 bed / 1 bath 900sf.
