Properties selling for near double what they did in 2015-16, while rents haven't increased much.The multi family hack I believe will be my best strategy for for investing in such a market, and being VERY careful in choosing the right deal with value add potential.

So the question is knowing what you know now, what software would you choose today?

How you choose to pay for that property/business is a separate issue as to what the business is worth.

All & all which market you choose isn't something to loose sleep over.
