ahahaha well it was half a joke. she and I both discussed this. basically...although still early in the relationship, if we were married, both of us would split a house equally. furniture, downpayment, everything. and I think you guys are looking at it too old school.

I rented this house in Erwin tn, the couple who rented me the house stated they were moving to Florida buying a house and not coming back left the furniture and appliances they said they didn't want.

So far we have not gotten ANY actual applications.On side note our Realtor suggested we convert back to a 2 bedroom by turning a bedroom into the living room and opening up the doorway to a walkway to allow furniture to get into the room easily.
