I analyze each on a case by case basis. 

As for Hard Money Loans; I’m more concerned about being able to refi out of those loans, but I will definitely analyze the numbers in the event I can’t refinance out. 

I’m new to real estate investing and I’ve been doing research over the past six months- reading, podcasts, driving to look and then analyze different deals, etc etc.

Just communicate that with the investors.Investors appreciate liquidity when analyzing among investment opportunities.
