Miami condo portfolio purchase? (Pros/cons)
I’m new to real estate investing and I’ve been doing research over the past six months- reading, podcasts, driving to look and then analyze different deals, etc etc.
A very interesting deal came across my desk, a portfolio of condo units for sale in South Florida.
What are the pros and cons of such deal versus a comparably sized and located investment in a classic multi family (...where you own the building and land directly).
Any resources you guys have that I can educate myself on?
