With that being said im happy to have joined such an awesome community and hope to grow and share my journey with all of you!

Detroit is growing faster then you think, the market is always full of surprises.

Also she reminded me about the idea of online marketing, which is probably a really helpful niche to get into in this day and age. 

Right now at age 38?

The old cast iron oil boilers definitely seem to age better and last longer than the flimsy propane units on the market these days.I don’t like dealing with tanks of any type.

But if you are looking to grow your portfolio fast I would focus on Sandwich Lease Options and Joint Venture money partners.

I am devising ways to re-purpose retail, warehouse, industrial,etc properties as the wave of retirees grows.  

All of those lies we were taught growing up are not true and the sooner we realize that, the better chance that we will succeed and we will believe in what's true.You will probably be better off by not spending your money on those rural rent houses built years ago no matter what you are being told. 

I have strong confidence that the Salt Lake City market will grow and I will be looking back 20 years from now wishing I bought everything I could have (even with the market being so high).
