I was thinking of doing a similar thing with my mother-in-law's distressed property, but with this I would just take over mortgage payments.When I sat down to do that math, her mortgage was like 1200/ month (rounded) with only about 300 principal/ 100 interest/ 100 taxes.

These are people relocating to the area, tech workers, traveling nurses, family visiting from other countries that want to stay longer than a typical hotel stay, etc..  

Hello BP, I'm a recent ovarian cancer survivor, mother of 2, who lost almost everything in a year, fighting to regain my Financial independence, by way of flipping houses and real estate investments.

I have "rehabbed" two of my own homes, built a home, and " fix & flipped" my mother-in-laws house when she passed away.

I'm a  wife to a fantastic husband who keeps me leveled and mother to a sweet baby girl who every day reminds me why I do what I do!

I'm a nurse a firefighter and an EMT I give to my community so much and I run myself ragged for little money but good gratification however what I'm looking to do is turn my life around financially.

She's the "mother hen", has been there 13 years, gets a discounted rent, and keeps tenants in line.

Thinking about building a house and mother in law cottage and a metal building "shop" where we can stay in our rv while renting out the house and cottage.

I will not be the old grandpa living in a nursing home because no one else can afford to care for me.
