Hello BP,

I'm a recent ovarian cancer survivor, mother of 2, who lost almost everything in a year, fighting to regain my Financial independence, by way of flipping houses and real estate investments. I've been lurking for about a week. Lol. Just checking out the site. I like what I see. So, hello, I'm Valarie Breaux, and I'm here to network and collaborate. Let's go!

Welcome to BP, @Valarie Breaux. You're a survivor and a lot of real estate is all about the mental aspect of it. You can learn the technical aspect of investing all day long but if you're not set right mentally then it won't be enough. You need to have a good 'Why' for your investing and it seems like you have two real good reasons.

Good luck.
