I'm anti social by nature , but I'm trying to fight that and remold myself so that I can do things like wholesaling .

That leads me to 3 sales , just let the conversation flow , when they see your business cards and flyer some of your riders will engage some type of conversation that's when your sales skills come to play.

I know that the NPS staff are conducting the similar types of programs to engage and educate the local community but it's only 3 or 4 rangers still.  

We are currently engaged in wholesaling single family, detached homes.  

advertising/listing the rental (includes a clear description of the property, some of our terms, and some of our rental criteria); 2. answering the initial inquiry, tenant screening and interview; 3. internet search and social media check; (often done while on the phone with step two)4.

As a Property Manager, and being a licensed real estate broker, do  you also engage in buyer and seller representation for residential/commercial sales? 

I stick to what I do best and engage the most successful brokers to lease/sell my developments.
