A few late payments here and there but I love how PoL doesn't sugar coat the updates on late payments and tells me what could happen next (see below) "...In the event this interest payment does not clear, our Asset Management team will issue a notice of default shortly thereafter.

I think 70% is a bit excessive but that's beyond the point, so long story short yes it might be a problem or at least it has been in my experience :)
