I'm interested in Seaside,California as a short term vacation rental investment. Does anyone know this market well? I'm interested in a $500,000 or less property that can cash flow as a rental. Recommendations on realtors, contractors for rehabbing or cosmetics, property managers and anything I'm not thinking of would be great. Thanks!!
