First I want to thank Josh, Brandon, Allison and the BP community for all of the inspiration and encouragement in the form of priceless advice, podcasts and posts for all of our real estate goals.I've been an avid reader and listener to posts and podcasts for about two years now and I am now ready and in position to take action.My husband and I dedicate and volunteer most of our time to reach out to the community as bible teachers and are interested in earning income that would allow us to keep that as our focus.

It's a great platform to learn and network.

I would have to say, Brokerage houses can make a difference with regard to things like overall market presence, dedicated marketing platforms, well supplied buyer pipeline based on advertising exposure, etc.

As my personal email address has already been added to several mailing lists, I decided to go ahead and create a dedicated email address, which led me to brainstorm a possible domain name for a future website I will use in my real estate investment/career.  

Since Reg A+ quite a slew of new platforms have popped up offering deals to investors such as myself (non-accredited).

It's just a better fit for me.I'm sure KW would have been fantastic if I had the time to dedicate to their "programs" on the front end, but I just don't.
