I'm new to BP and new to Sacramento but am keep to start investing. Is there anyone locally that I can learn from in regards to Wholesales, Lease Options and Foreclosures? Any help would be awesome!

There are three Sacramento real estate clubs that meet monthly. There is a new big real estate club that meets in Roseville also. There are listed in meetup.com or in google. If you ever have other questions about the Sacramento market , I can answer questions. I purchased my first investment house back in 1993. I have seen the highs and lows of our market.
