I feel that it would be more beneficial to just put yourself out there on here (your success, failures, dreams & aspirations, things you've learned) and the people who are meant to help you on your RE investing journey will naturally gravitate to you.

Hello All, so I'm interested in the Holyoke properties in Massachusetts and, not have been there, am curious about the area, schools, crime, average house, any up coming build they have, anything of that nature before investing over there.
