In 02, my father passed and my mother who never handled the business side/management side - took over and since then we have had some losses and issues.I have lived out of state since undergrad - but recently moved back home to help my mother and before I head back to school for my Doctorate.

Joe actually had a super unique medical condition, and his doctor prescribed a Joe-specific course of action, but you wouldn't know that to hear it from Joe.In reality "Joe" isn't super common, and "Joe" would be widely regarded as a dummy, but when it comes to mortgages there are a LOT of people like "Joe" out there.

We mostly have doctors and nurses in rotation for weeks at a time at the Fort Worth home.It is DEFINITELY more work with STR’s but the hidden beauty behind those that nobody has seemed to touch on is that....People staying in STR’s don’t have a problem telling you if there is a problem.

There is some medical stuff in mid to high 1 million plus range but not investment grade tenants so loan is likely low 5's for rate with 20 year amortizations.
