Opened the space and let more light in.  

They worked great in light rain, but during heavy rains, not all of the water could get into the little holes in the leaf guards. 

Its not something to take lightly.

@Ben Leybovich  not to get totally off topic but I love the opening scene in his office where he sells the building and the money boys light up a cigar and cheer and then he looks at them and says" I hope your still smiling when you explain to the board that you paid 25 million more than the next highest offer"  classic

Charlie is light years ahead of anyone I have read on any post in a very long time.

In the midst of the tour, he showed me his shower, and the LIGHT SWITCH that used to reside in there, but has now been relocated because that is slightly out of code.

Including doubling or tripling wall outlets and installing 3 way light switches where two door rooms are located. 

3) motion/timer light. 

I would recommend doing a few searches here as there are a lot of threads on this topic that will shed some light on things.

Hiding is not realistic especially in light of the fact that you require the tenant to fully identify themselves.
