Landscaped What was the outcome?

Had to replace the roof and grade and landscape the backyard.

I have great credit, have owned my own construction company for a few years (landscape), and am in the process of getting my builders license.

I began mowing neighbor's lawns when I was 13 years old and I still continue to operate a small landscaping business while in college with about 30 clients. 

In two years you'll be all set to apply for such a credit line IF you have enough sales/revenue (flips won't work here as well as rents)Should be some managing company for your other company which own real estate, like maintenance, landscaping, bookkeeping, anything which is not licensed activitiesDUNS number doesn't need to cost you any money: they count any credit in this EIN which you use (open lines but not used won't help).

I'm sure it will change again, and that's not a bad thing considering the economy, demographics, needs and desires of our population are constantly evolving as well and we need to always adapt to the shifting landscape.

They justified it by saying that newer houses that are being added to their neighborhood are at around $170k.They also said the repairs needed are paint and landscaping, which I doubt.

Thought it was bad enough the C21 Broker (listing and selling, dual agent broker) never updated the listing when it Pending, In Contract, Nor Sold.2 weeks after we closed, agents and prospective buyers were walking onto the property and into while we were painting etc, saying they were just taking a brief look, asking for the owner, etc, so we notified the Broker to make sure update the listing as SOLD.Broker replied in December saying it would be updated.Now  into 2nd month following sale, C21 broker still has it For Sale on C21 website and the MLS.. which means going on 2mos of inquisitives knocking, walking all over the landscape, etc.

Get a quote for insurance and any contract services like landscaping that you'll be responsible for. 

Plenty of parking in the back which could be leased out to an expanding landscaping company, or winter storage for boats, RV's, etc.
