Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

I have this under contract now going through due diligence. Set for an early April closing!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The property is in decent shape for the year and has some nice cash flow with the 11.9% cap. Plenty of parking in the back which could be leased out to an expanding landscaping company, or winter storage for boats, RV's, etc.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank and seller financing. A win-win for everyone!

How did you add value to the deal?

Leasing out the back parking area to others will further enhance the cash flow.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I highly recommend Don Spann at REMAX-Riverside in Topsham, ME. He knows residential and commercial income properties well and is the go-to person for all things Real Estate in this area.
