I have watched youtube videos and I really think I just need to ask and get help with specific questions.Thank you for your help!

Hello all - I've been reading the BP forums & books, listening to the podcasts and watching YouTube videos on REI for the past few months now and decided that 2020 will be the year that I stop being nervous and take action!

Many just use 5% for maintenance and 5% for CapEx, which I suspect they picked up from watching the BiggerPockets webinars. 

Play it with many different friends because you will learn the most by watching and explaining to them.My second advice is to read as much books as possible.

The first person that uttered those words never owned watch, or used a calendar. 

We used to have one very active lady on BP who's answer to everything was DSTs.

Beats blowing it on a better vehicle or letting it sit in the bank while I watch television and turn into a zombie.

I bought a couple of the Bigger Pockets books and watching the YouTube videos.

I just started listening/watching to a 10-15 minute podcast or youtube video about investing/success/finance/real estate every morning and WOW is it motivating.This addition to your day costs you nothing, and can be done drinking your morning coffee, or driving to work.
