If he does not have a mortgage on it, I suggest donating it to Habitat for Humanity.  

This will cost the existing servicer/trustee/bank more money as humans have to spend hours reviewing your change.

Plus you can put a sofa sleeper or futon in the den or living room for more bodies.

Don't run it while you're inside or right before guests, ozone is really hard on your body.

Yeah he is most likely a scumbag of a human being but as you didn't complain about the way he treated your rental or always being late on rent etc. return his deposit and Technically the sheriff called you and told you where he is living so you do know his address.
