has thrown me into meditation zone to the point I have a new reason to break my desperate need for just $500 per month to never again need to ration food from the 15th to the 3rd of the next month;  in afew weeks I should be able to have in print the format of a Corporation for Financial Assistance for those who Really are down and out- broke and truly suffering as a result, turned away from being Truly Assisted in obtaining their own financial means.

Up keep and other expenses, which you have deferred on your home, are a major part.As a renter you would obviously not gain equity in the property you are renting but you would grow equity in the income property you invest in along with the income you receive from your renters.Since you can not put food on the table from equity being a renter yourself will put you farther ahead financially each month than living in a home you own.

It should not cost you more than $1M to remodel and add units to the building, but even then I doubt that the needed rents could be attained as they would need to average out at about $3,300.00 per unit per month.This might not even make sense right in the middel of SanFrancisco, but then again.......................................................This is nothing I would be interested in taking on since there are so many other ready made cash flowing multi units out there to find for that price point.

Before we paint our interior rooms, we use a mixture of Dawn dish washing liquid, white vinegar and water, particularly if there is grease, food or nicotine stains.

Quah I was actually in ,Kuala Lumpur for 5 days in 2011, then jumped over to Singapore as well ( made a few trips)( incredible food).
